A rancher in Craig, Colorado is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the identification of the person(s) responsible in his horse’s death. Glenn Gariner returned to his ranch on July 6th after a long weekend away from home working, only to find that someone had killed the 16 year old family horse. They tied her back legs together, and then tied her to a fence, leaving her to die an excruciating death under the hot sun. “I raised this horse for 16 years. She raised my kids and is raising my grandkids and never hurt a soul,” Gariner told reporters.
