We are getting breaking news that the Jeromy Mixon case has been moved to Kay County, Oklahoma. Jeromy Mixon ignited condemnation and fury when he posted a picture of himself standing on top of a hog-tied horse, holding a whip seemingly ready to strike the helpless, tied animal. According to @HorseAbusedinOk, due to a conflict of interest, the Oklahoma Attorney General has sent the case to a county about 4 hours away for investigation and possible prosecution. Jeromy Mixon is friends with the McCurtain County District Attorney and the Attorney General declined to press animal cruelty charges against him.
