A horse was seized by authorities after a veterinarian determined its living conditions were inadequate. Grey Lady Too, a Connemara Pony, was had been living in Stephanie Noble’s front living room for 2 years. Noble said that the pony had been dumped in her garden and her living room was the only place she had for the pony to live. Authorities found the pony in the living room with a bale of hay for feed and straw covered with cat litter for bedding. The pony was in fine condition when taken from Noble’s home, but the housing conditions were deemed unsuitable for the pony.
Authorities are willing to return Grey Lady Too to Noble if suitable living arrangements can be made.
