Oneida County, New York – Police arrested 43-year-old Robert Webster Jr, of Durhamville, New York, in December of 2015 for the shooting death of a show horse. Witnesses saw Webster shooting into a pasture from inside a grey Dodge Avenger. Later that afternoon a horse owner called police to report her show horse, Jak, had been fatally shot in the neck. Her other horses were unharmed.
Webster has agreed to a plea deal and has plead guilty to second degree criminal mischief. Webster will pay restitution and be sentenced to serve a term in the New York prison system. Sentencing is scheduled for October, and he is expected to get between 1 and 4 years in prison.Author: Dale Williams <-- Become my friend on Facebook! - Phone: 724-964-6773
